I can't recall ever hearing of such a specialized piece. I have heard of electric motor driven coolant pumps being adapted to fit in the original location.

Not something I have ever heard of,not that it could not be done just not a marketable item

Please look at Glenwood Marine.  They have a belt driven water pump that will do what you require. If you need any further help, I have been designing and building V-drive race boats for over 40 years.  I've got A NUMBER of world championships in drag, ski race, flat bottom circles and Gn circles under my belt, along with thousands of happy pleasure boaters as long term customers. If you need help with a V-drive Cad boat, let me know. I will be building one later this year.
