box the open section on the sides with 11Ga and leave a hole in the middle for the body mounts and 2 areas where the transmission mounts are.

with that mod you dont need to run a rocker bar in the cage and you have alot of area to weld to if you want to stifen the frame further

if you take the tire well out of the car and make the trunk flat for a fuel cell you can run a 1.5 inch tube across the rear horns to tie it all together.

Also box the control arm area in the rear

Might also wana minitub the car while you are doing the frame you will never get enough tire under the car to make it only slightly hook.

Just buy a bolt in rear by the time you get done fucking around cutting brackets off of a factory rear and having a rear from something else cleaned and buying better axles you are money time and frustration ahead,

Iirc, the old bronco rears have a highly offset pinion location, as do many other older 4x4 rears. The offset on GM cars is 1/2" from C/L.

Should be either 28 or 31.

My point was that if the bronco rear has a "way" offset pinion location, the pinion location will not line up with the car's trans/driveshaft.

Again, stock GM driveshaft offset is 1/2" to the pass side from C/L of rear.

thinking about itjust remebered i moved motor back in stock car small block chev put #1 plug in line with front spindel also moved engine over for proper allignmet with rear so mabey will end up buying rear or change bronco rear to make zero offset, easyer to buy i think----strange axels good product?

I believe that Strange is good stuff for the money. Better than moser imo. Stange has rolled splines, moser cuts theirs.
