Yeah as you can see in the last picture is the fact that all the bolt holes are lined up just like that and it's easy to bolt on. Those were just some mach up pictures of the 2005 EMC engine. We was going to attempt to put them on that engine but We would have to scrap a lot of valuable parts that can't really be used for anything else.

Assuming that I could 1) win Powerball, 2) get some gov't bail out cash, 3) sell one of my kids on craigslist, what would the package price be for the intake, head, rocker package? I don't need a quick answer. I saw my daughter had me listed for $500 obo... Dave

Dave Dave, Please send more info on the kid for sale. Is this unit house broken & self contained, fairly-responsible & capable of performing one or more forms of domestic service, such as yard work, cleaning, etc? Would there be any form of warranty available or possibly a trial period? Could you send approximate dimensions, horsepower rating, plus copies of the previous 12 months maintenance records? Pics & asking price would also be helpful. Thank you ~JM~

JM, First off that is just despicable. I don't know that you can do that in the USA. We have standard adoption services and policies that will need to be compiled and taken care of first. I would expect more out of a man of your stature. Dave, Anyway, We are offering a Top end Package at 3950. This is the: CPP Boogie-man heads, Probe shaft rocker, and Boogie-man 1475 Manifold. This is a price reduced package and is the best deal for the most power. This can also be upgraded to include our new pistons for 4499. That is the absolute best deal we offer. Everything you will ever need to produce the baddest Cadillac on the block.

Obviously I'd rather be 6+ foot tall, but 5' 8" doesn't exactly qualify as short. I'm just trying to help a Caddy Buddy out, is all. Plus I could use an extra hand or two around the homestead.

Thanks 472bu. We have a lot of time, research and money in the designs we have finished recently and hope they continue to be popular items.
Dave, They rockers we are setting up the package with are probe rockers. We will always allow for an upgrade though.

I'll go ahead and answer this one since I don't know how long it might be until Matt at CPP checks this thread again. As per Jerry Potter's instructions, I designed this manifold primarily as a no-compromise racing piece, but CPP has also had occasion to test this intake on some hotter "street oriented" builds as well and the results have been excellent. Obviously, the manifold was primarily designed to accept Dominator-style carburetors...but it can be ordered with a 4150-style stud pattern as well as a plenum insert which optimizes the plenum size and configuration for use with smaller carburetors and lower RPM levels. The main concern with this manifold for street use is packaging. It's a tall piece; no way around it. Of course, if you don't mind putting a scoop or raised cowl in your hood then this isn't much of an issue.

StanJ,
Thank you for stopping by & providing that information. Please feel free to jump in any time or start any new posts on what you might want to discuss. Would you mind posting a short "Bio" for those who may not know who you are?

No problem, John. I've been lurking here for so long now it never even dawned on me that the above was my first post on this board. Shows how on top of things I am lately, huh? My name is Stan Justus and I own Stallion Racing Components, which I opened in 1988 after working for several years as a carburetion and induction system specialist for Stavola Brothers Racing and later with Hendrick Motorsports. Along with preparing carburetors for a variety of different racing applications, Stallion Racing Components now provides airflow development services (including camshaft, cylinder head, and intake manifold design as well as CNC porting) to several aftermarket vendors and professional racing teams. In addition to the intake manifold that is the subject of this thread, we also designed the ports and combustion chambers in the new CPP cylinder head. Sorry for not introducing myself here earlier.
